Charter terms & conditions
Version 2026.1 · applies to every flight booked through the trade portal.
1. Quotations
Quotations are indicative and based on the routing, dates and payload supplied. They remain subject to aircraft availability at the time of booking and to final confirmation by KEA. Indicative prices may vary by approximately 10% pending final routing, landing and handling fees.
2. What the charter price includes
Aircraft, crew, fuel and standard third-party and passenger liability insurance for the routing quoted. Charter is priced on return positioning: the aircraft is chartered for the full journey including repositioning to and from its base.
3. What is excluded
- Landing, parking, navigation and handling fees
- Government taxes and passenger service charges
- Catering, ground transfers and accommodation
- Overnight crew costs where the aircraft remains away from base
- Permits and overflight charges on international routings
4. Payload, baggage and safety
All passenger and baggage weights must be declared accurately before departure. KEA reserves the right to offload baggage or passengers where weight and balance, runway performance or weather require it. The pilot in command has final authority on every flight.
5. Weather, delays and diversion
Flights are subject to weather, air traffic control and airfield serviceability. Where a flight cannot operate safely KEA will offer the next available slot or a refund of the unflown sector. KEA is not liable for consequential losses arising from delay or diversion.
6. Payment
Unless credit terms are agreed in writing, payment is required in cleared funds before departure. Agency net rates are confidential and must not be disclosed to your clients or third parties.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation charges are advised at the time of booking and depend on aircraft type, notice period and any positioning already flown. No-shows are charged in full.
8. Agency obligations
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of passenger information, for ensuring passengers hold valid travel documentation, and for passing KEA’s safety briefings and conditions to their clients.

Rate book verification
Prices transcribed from the 2026 rate book. Agents cannot see a rate until it is verified. Check each figure against the printed book, correct it if needed, then verify. Unverified routes fall back to the hourly estimate instead.
