In February 2025, KEA relocated its DR Congo base of operations from Kalemie to Bunia.
The move places KEA's aircraft and crews closer to humanitarian demand in eastern DRC, improving response times and access for the agencies and NGOs the company supports. Bunia becomes the hub for KEA's growing Caravan operations in the country.
